Money handled properly
The club never touches a card number.
Payments are processed by Stripe, not by ClubMate and not by the club. Card details go straight to Stripe. ClubMate never stores them, and neither does the club treasurer. A match fee of $8.00 or $10.00 moves from player to club without anyone's card number sitting in a spreadsheet or a phone photo. Read the full privacy policy for the detail.
