About ClubMate
Built for the club, not the committee room.
Running a grassroots cricket club shouldn't mean WhatsApp archaeology and a spreadsheet nobody trusts anymore. Somebody's always digging through a 400-message group chat trying to work out who's actually playing on Saturday, and somebody else is chasing match fees three weeks after the game, one awkward text at a time. ClubMate exists to fix those two problems, and only those two problems.
It does availability & team selection, and it does match fee collection, deliberately nothing else. No dashboards you'll never open, no modules you didn't ask for, no forms that say "your response has been recorded." It's built around match day, not a state association's reporting requirements, and it's built to get out of the way once the team's picked and the fees are in.
We think a club's admin should take minutes, not evenings. That's the whole pitch.
Who built ClubMate
ClubMate is built by Tim, a cricketer and a volunteer based in Australia.
I'm not a state association or a governing body, and I'm not trying to replace one. I'm just someone who's sat on a club committee, chased fees, and picked a side off a phone screen at 10pm, building the tool I wished I'd had.
